What if I've never CrossFit-trained before? +

Not at all. Every class is scaled — coaches walk you through movement standards before each session. Start with Strength & Conditioning if you're brand new.

Can I switch plans? +

Yes — after your minimum commitment is met, you can move between Unlimited and Restricted with two-week notice.

Do you offer family or couples discounts? +

Get in touch — we'll have a chat about your situation. We support families training together where we can.

What if I'm injured or pregnant? +

Haylee specialises in pregnancy and postpartum programming, and Sandie is a qualified rehab trainer. Flag it on your trial form and we'll set up a chat first.
