STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Join our 60-minute strength and conditioning class at UNITE SC for a dynamic, full-body workout. Each session includes a warm-up, compound lifts like snatches and squats, gymnastics movements like pull-ups, and high-intensity conditioning. We finish with a cool-down to support recovery. Our inclusive classes are designed for all fitness levels, bringing fresh challenges to keep you motivated and engaged. Get ready to transform your fitness journey with us!

ENGINE

Join our high-energy, engine-focused workout at UNITE SC to elevate your cardiovascular fitness and stamina. Each class includes a warm-up, high-intensity conditioning, and a gymnastics skill session to refine movements like handstands and muscle-ups. We wrap up with a cool-down to support recovery and flexibility. Our inclusive sessions welcome all fitness levels and abilities, keeping you challenged, engaged, and excited for each class.

PARTNER WOD

Get ready for a fun and challenging 60-minute partner workout! This class pairs you up for dynamic exercises that push your limits while keeping you motivated. Each session includes a warm-up, a fun game, partner-based workouts with synchronised movements and friendly competition, and a cool-down. Perfect for all fitness levels, our Partner WOD is a great way to bond, get fit, and enjoy working out together!

OPEN GYM

Open Gym is a dedicated time for Unlimited Members to focus on accessory exercises, improve mobility, or target specific training needs. With full access to equipment and spaces, you can refine your form and enhance your workouts at your own pace. Please note, no coaching is available during this session.

CRECHE’

Our creche’ is designed to make your workout time more accessible and stress-free for parents. This space is available to you to bring your little ones along while you focus on your fitness goals. Please note: the creche’ is not supervised, so you will need to keep an eye on your children during your workout. To ensure a spot, booking is essential, as spaces are limited. This convenient option allows you to balance your fitness routine with your parental responsibilities, giving you peace of mind while you train.
